"Top of the Morning to You and Yours"

Happy St. Patrick's Day from Hilton Head Island"

We are celebrating St. Patrick's Day on our island today. We have a parade that starts at Coligny Circle and travels along Pope Avenue to the Sea Pines Circle. It lasts the afternoon. One year we even had Clydesdales.

If there are 39,000 full time residents; approximately 25,000 are in or watch the parade. In the morning you leave your chair along the parade route. It will be there when you return. Restaurants along the way bring their grills, etc outside.

It's a fun day. You should come sometime.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!
